How do I register for a Larkspur Rec Dept (LRD) class?
You will have to sign up on the Larkspur Recreation Dept website by clicking on any of the class links here or by going straight to the LRD website.


How do I know which is the right class for me?

We are keeping our classes as homogeneous as possible, and each class description states the appropriate tennis level. If you are still not sure, you can set up a lesson to determine that before the class starts so you’d be oriented towards the right program for you.


What if I can only join a class that is time convenient for me but not level appropriate?
If you are ok being in a class below your tennis level, then it’s fine with us. If you can only attend a class that is above your current level, we suggest you either set up lessons outside of the LRD classes or private lessons to get you to the appropriate level.

 
Do we have make-up classes in case of rainouts or AQI or other weather-related issues?
Yes! We will have a make-up class at the end of the session (same day/time) until the session is completed.

 
What if I am unavailable to attend to a class, can I make up that class?
Yes and No 😊 Yes, if there is room in a similar level (or below) class and you can do it. No, if that class is full. There is no refund for missed out classes.


How many players need to register so the class is confirmed?
We need a minimum of 4 registered players, or the class will be cancelled. 2 players can split a registration though and attend every other week if needed.


I’d love to attend a certain class at my level, but I will be missing half of the classes. Do you allow drop-ins?
Yes, we do if there is room. Ask a few days before the class.
