Adult Programs

All classes taught by LG Tennis staff. Minimum of 4 players or 3 paying for 4 to make the class a go. Drop-in fee is $40, limited to space available.

Beginners Tennis Level 1 2.0/2.5NTRP

Session 1 Dates: June 25th - July 16th
Session 2 Dates: July 30th - August 20th
Day/Time: Wednesdays 10:30 - noon
Cost: 4 weeks: $145

Class Description: Introductory class for players with little or no tennis experience. Emphasis is on proper technique, basic strategy, getting to serve and return serves for immediate game enjoyment. Different sets of shots will be presented each week with review as well. By the end of the session student will be able to play singles and doubles games in a social context.

Intermediate Level 2 2.5-3.0NTRP

Session 1 Dates: June 23rd - July 14th
Session 2 Dates: July 28th - August 18th
Day/Time: Mondays 10:30 - noon
Cost: 4 weeks: $145

Class Description: For players with moderate tennis experience or who have not played in a long time and wish to get back into the game. Emphasis is on proper technique, basic strategy, getting to serve and return serves for immediate game enjoyment. Different sets of shots will be presented each week with review as well. By the end of the session student will be able to play singles and doubles games in a social context and early competitive level.

Intermediate Level 3 3.0+/3.5NTRP

Session 1 Dates: June 23rd - July 14th
Session 2 Dates: July 28th - August 18th
Day/Time: Mondays 9:00 - 10:30
Cost: 4 weeks: $145

Class Description: For the player with tennis experience working on consistency, consolidating fundamentals and strategy. A different topic will be covered each week, including technique adjustments, shot selection and effective patterns for social or early competitive context. Last half-hour is singles and/or doubles match play.y.

Intermediate Level 4 3.5 NTRP

Class Description: For the player with match experience seeking help with consistency, more effective patterns and strategy. A different topic will be covered each week, such as singles and doubles technique adjustments, shot selection and positioning for social, early or more advanced competitive context. Last half-hour is match play.play.

Pickleball

Beginner/Semi-Beginner

Participants will enhance their footwork, shot consistency, and understanding of pickleball strategy, ensuring a comprehensive skill set and fun on the courts!  

Intermediate
